Restore Balance Through Zone Therapy
Zone Therapy, also known as the Zone Technique or Zone Healing,
is a holistic chiropractic approach focused on balancing six
key systems of the body through specific spinal adjustments.
Brain–Body Communication
Chiropractic Care
Whole-Body Approach
What Is Zone Therapy?
The Zone Technique focuses on six systems, or “Zones,” of
the body: the glandular, eliminative, nervous, digestive,
muscular, and circulatory systems.
During care, a practitioner evaluates specific points on
the head associated with these zones and uses targeted
chiropractic adjustments along the spine. The goal is to
support communication between the brain and body and
encourage more balanced function.
Emotional, physical, and chemical stresses may affect how
different systems of the body function. Zone Therapy uses
a systematic approach to identify which zone may require
additional attention.
How the Zones Work
The Zone Technique describes six brain centers associated
with six corresponding areas along the spinal cord.
Practitioners stimulate specific spinal points associated
with the zone being addressed, with the goal of supporting
balanced communication between the brain and the
corresponding body system.
Learn How Each Zone Relates to the Body
Each zone represents a different group of functions within
the body. Care is individualized based on the zones identified
during your evaluation.

How Zone Treatment Works
The Zone Technique follows a structured evaluation and
adjustment process. Rather than focusing solely on the
location of discomfort, the practitioner evaluates which
of the six zones may be involved.
Specific points associated with each zone are assessed,
followed by targeted chiropractic adjustments intended
to support better communication between the nervous
system and the rest of the body.
Evaluate
Your chiropractor evaluates your symptoms, health
concerns, and specific Zone-related assessment points.
Identify the Zone
The assessment helps determine which of the six
body systems may be the focus of that visit.
Adjust
Specific areas of the spine associated with the
selected zone are addressed through chiropractic care.
Support Balance
The goal is to support healthy brain-body communication,
mobility, function, and overall well-being.
Why Patients Choose Zone Therapy

Why the Zone Technique?
Many patients initially seek chiropractic care for
musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, neck pain,
stiffness, or limited mobility. The Zone Technique takes
a broader approach by considering how different systems
of the body may interact.
Because each person has different needs, your chiropractor
can evaluate your individual concerns and determine
whether Zone Technique care may be appropriate as part of
your wellness plan.
